Merlin the Magician!

Nothing could better describe so much talent in one single person. Passing by Fribourg at regular intervals, the choreographer-dancer-singer-excellent teacher and graduate in contemporary dance in France, calls all his students by the name of “Chouchou”. He comes once again to juilletdanse to teach his traditional classes in African and Afro contemporary dance.


He will open the week-long programme on Sunday with a children animation, teach the Wake up class with Tonia and be part of the Dance the elements workshop with Tonia and Yama. The icing on the cake: he will lead one of the Coupé-décalé and Mokossa session during the Afro & Latin Pop class… Things are getting heated Chouchousss…

Class 5 – Afro contemporary dance – advanced

Class 11a – African dance – beginners

Class 12 – Afro & Latin Pop – all levels
